EFT Tapping Points Demonstration…

One of the main goals of my blog is to stay on top of all the various alternative treatment solutions as part of providing resources as well as references to promote PTSD awareness.   I have been particularly interested in “mind and body” treatments, and have several postings on this subject.  “EFT Tapping Points” is one such treatment alternative that is getting more attention.  I do not pretend to be an expert on this subject nor a mental health professional.  It is my experience, however; that the “mind and body” approach has more of a long term benefit for those who suffer from the symptoms of PTSD and moral injury.  In my own case, writing has been the best therapy, and gets me started each day by making a difference for others through human connectedness.  But writing is not for everyone, of course.  For others, yoga, is beneficial.  And music has played in a big role in relieving anxiety and depression.  Go to the websites above and become more aware of alternative treatments, and watch the EFT demonstration video…  I would love to here from my readers about their own experiences with “mind and body” treatments…

    I experienced very positive results using EFT/TFT, but one very important statement by my practitioner was;
    “This is not a magic bullet, you must become clean and sober to be able to benefit from this therapy, and be diligent with this practice”. I took his words to heart.
    I have been sober and clean fourteen years now and use EFT daily to calm and release emotional issues that once dominated my life. Good Stuff!
