|Frosty on the beach…
http://www.dbshores.org/ Quote from this website…
“Just 5.5 miles long, the city features the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. Residents and visitors alike take advantage
of the pristine beach – whether for sunrise walks or bicycling, frolicking in the sand and surf, or enjoying the quiet solitude of the setting sun. Boats sail and cruise along the waterway, making the views from either the east or the west particularly scenic.”

It is a real joy to stay right on the beach! We will not be straying very far from this beautiful spot while we are here. Morning walks on the beach in either direction are delightful. We can hear the ocean at night, reminding us of home on the Oregon Coast. Yes, we are getting a tad home sick after 3 months on the road. But Daughter, Sarah is taking a break from school and work to spend time with us in Destin, Florida http://www.emeraldcoastfl.com/ and New Orleans.
We are excited about visiting with old friends Wilf & Tassie in St. Augustine, Floridahttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Augustine,_Florida. Our extended journey has given us the opportunity to circle back with family and friends we have not seen in many years. Although it has been over 20 years, it seems like only yesterday when Wilf & I worked together on the same executive team at Nortel Networks in Norcross, Ga. My career was in full gear and in 3D motion at that time. Sarah was just a toddler with the cutest curly short hair and dimples back then. We have so many fond memories of our life while living in Duluth, Ga. in the late 80’s. We have lots of catching up to do with our old pals from back in the day…
